Winter Storm Quinn is bringing heavy snowfall throughout the Northeast. This storm follows on the heels of Winter Storm Riley as the second nor'easter to hit the area in less than a week.
State of emergencies have been declared in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and severe weather is expected throughout Maryland, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
In addition to the 100,000 homes and businesses that are currently without power from Winter Storm Riley, the combination of heavy snow and strong winds will lead to further tree damage and power outages.
In addition to numerous post office closures from Winter Storm Riley, logistics partners are anticipating delays of 24 - 48 hours for shipments traveling to or through the affected areas.
